These routines are based on the inversion module for MOM3 written by Niki Gruber. Please note that these routines are provided ONLY as example, and may include some references to external variables and subroutines. read_co2atm.F- reads atmospheric CO2 concentration for the time-dependent case get_atmco2.F- calculates the atmospheric CO2 perturbation for the current time step for the time-dependent case construct_dyeflux.f- calculates the two dimensional dye pattern for each tracer set_dye_vbc.F- calculates the total dye flux for either time-independent or quasi-stationary state runs.
